Roza Pacifico chose her career because she enjoys women's healthcare and is particularly interested in pregnancy. Her satisfaction comes from providing care to women before, during and after their pregnancies. She enjoys forming lasting relationships with her patients.
Patients want to understand their health and their plan of care. Roza focuses on educating her patients so that they understand and know what to expect. She believes that her patients feel comfortable asking her questions, and they see her as a thorough practitioner who makes excellent patient care her top priority.
Roza believes patients are comforted knowing that she is part of a team well equipped to manage any problems that may occur. She enjoys working at AWS because the team makes it possible for patients to receive the best care and have open access to the staff.
