Launching My Health Record
*Attention Patients* After December 10th you will no longer have access to our current patient portal. Please make sure you save any information and messages needed from the patient portal before this date. After December 10th we will be switching to a new portal provider that will allow new ways for you to communicate with our practice. When this new portal is available, on Monday, December 19, after 2pm, we will send you an invitation email to invite you to join. Please note you will need to create a new account to join our new portal. Please contact our office with any questions.
