Information We Collect and How We Use it
Atlanta Women’s Specialists only collects information from our users that is necessary to process bill payment, set up an appointment, complete medical forms and use interactive features on this site. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others or use it in any ways other than disclosed in this privacy statement.
Registration and Interactive Tools
Registration is not required in order to use our site. Users have the option to give their contact information (such as name/username and email address) in order to use our community and interactive features. Some of the tools (like polls and surveys) do not retain your personal information. My Health Record stores your personal health information in accordance with the authorization you provide at the time you set up your account.
Paying Your Bill
We request information from the user to process bill payment online. Bill payment users must provide contact information (like name and phone number) and billing information (like credit card number, expiration date and address). We use a third-party credit card processing company that secures your information and we do not store your personal credit card information. For the convenience of our patients we make certain medical forms able to fill out and submit online. Forms may ask about your past medical history, which we use to help manage your healthcare. Or, we may ask for your contact, insurance and billing information, so we can make sure your claims are properly submitted.

We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement and gather broad demographic information about who’s using our website. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
When users submit sensitive information on our website, your information is protected both online and offline. Online sensitive information is protected by high-level, 256-bit encryption. In our offices users’ information, including sensitive information, is restricted.
Notification of Changes
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law where we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.
