Lauren, a Georgia native, is thrilled to be fulfilling her lifelong dream of serving women within her local community. She has always been drawn to women’s health, though she initially worked in international nonprofit, both in Nairobi, Kenya and New York City. After having four children, Lauren decided to follow her passion for medicine and returned to GA to attend the top-ranked PA program at Emory University. Her first-hand experiences caring for women while on rotations, coupled with being a mother inspired Lauren to pursue a career in OBGYN and led her to where she is today.
“I truly love medicine, and I love engaging with women even more, and the OBGYN field gives me an incredible opportunity to do both on a daily basis,” says Lauren. “Because OBGYN is so personal, it’s essential that women feel not only comfortable, but understood. I strive to have a strong personal connection with my patients”.
When she’s not at the office, Lauren loves reading, traveling, and exercising as well as spending time with her husband and children.
